中职师范美术教育,应面对现实,了解学情,找准培养目标,提高教学的实效性。毕业生应具有较扎实的专业理论和基本技能,掌握教学设计、评价和反思,有相当的形象思维能力和创新能力。教师必须精选课程,运用科学的教法,努力提高教学质量,为毕业生今后所从事的小学美术教育工作打下良好的基础。
Secondary vocational and fine art education, should face the reality, understand the situation, identify training objectives, improve the effectiveness of teaching. Graduates should have a more solid professional theory and basic skills, master the teaching design, evaluation and reflection, have considerable image thinking ability and ability to innovate. Teachers must select courses, apply scientific teaching methods, and strive to improve their teaching quality so as to lay a good foundation for graduates’ art education in primary schools to be engaged in the future.
