目的:观察炙甘草汤联合普罗帕酮治疗室性期前收缩的临床疗效。方法:将60例符合标准的室性期前收缩的患者随机分为两组,每组30例,两组患者无显著差异,具有可比性。治疗组给予炙甘草汤和普罗帕酮进行治疗,对照组单纯给予普罗帕酮进行治疗。治疗4周,观察治疗前后两组患者的症状表现和动态心电图室性期前收缩的发生次数。结果:治疗组患者的症状改善率和室性期前收缩的好转率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:炙甘草汤联合普罗帕酮口服治疗室性期前收缩的疗效优于普罗帕酮。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Zhigancao Decoction combined with propafenone in the treatment of ventricular premature contractions. Methods: Sixty patients with premature ventricular contraction were randomly divided into two groups (n = 30 in each group). There was no significant difference between the two groups, which is comparable. The treatment group was treated with Zhigancao Decoction and propafenone, while the control group was treated with propafenone alone. After 4 weeks of treatment, the symptoms of both groups before and after treatment and the occurrence of ventricular premature ventricular contractions were observed. Results: The symptom improvement rate and the improvement rate of premature ventricular contraction in the treatment group were better than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Zhigancao Decoction combined with propafenone oral treatment of premature ventricular contractions better than propafenone.
