为庆祝中华全国总工会中国职工技协成立三十周年、中国焊接技协成立五周年,进一步推广高效、节能焊接技术、设备,扩大出口,取代进口,根据机电部第一装备司机电科[1990]便字197号文要求,机电部成都电焊机研究所、中华全国总工会职工技协焊接技术协会将在北京联合主办“′91中国焊接设备、材料及辅具展销会”,全国电焊机行业技术情报网和电焊机杂志编辑部参加协办工作。
