一、推动南陈北李建党的第一人是哈哈诺夫金现在的党史著作中,基本上都无一例外说:魏金斯基是帮助我国建党,推动南陈北李建党的第一位苏俄使者。然而在20多年前,1983年彭述之却独持己见说推动南陈北李相约建党的第一人,并非是魏金斯基,而是哈哈诺夫金(荷荷诺夫金)。彭述之是中共早期领导人之一,后参加托派,1929年因进行反党活动被开除党籍,1948年末离开上海赴香港,以后长期旅居
