中学教师思想政治工作普遍存在着重业务指标而轻思想政治素质、重贡献而轻精神文化生活关怀的现象,形式陈旧、单调、跑调。做好中学教师思想政治工作,一方面要有专业思想政治工作队伍,这个队伍要有过硬的专业素养,另一方面要提供促进教师专业发展的环境,对教师做到务实的关怀和专业帮助,唤醒教师的职业幸福感。
The secondary school teachers’ ideological and political work has the common phenomenon of focusing on the business indicators and neglecting the ideological and political qualities, making great contributions and neglecting the spiritual and cultural life.
