本检测装置主要用于小方坯连铸结晶器钢水液面自动检测和参予结晶器钢水液面自动控制,以稳定连铸操作和实现操作最佳化,从而提高铸坯质量和开拓新品种。 本检测装置是基于钢水的电涡流效应工作的。它由三部份组成:(1)激励线圈和振荡器用以产生一次交变磁通,并使其穿过被测钢水液面,在钢水中感应出电涡流,进而产生二次磁通;(2)检测线圈用以检测电涡流产生的二次磁通变化,并感应出电压信号,该电压信号的强弱反映了钢水液位高低;(3)信号处理电路对检测线圈感应出的电压信号进行放大、处理,最后输出标准电压信号和电流信号。 本装置主要技术指标:
