谢能泳等曾研究了T-(4-TMAP)P与钴的显色反应,指出该方法是目前已知光度法测定钴的方法中最灵敏的一种,其表观摩尔吸光系数达2.78×10~5。该文献中提到在钴的络合物形成后加入乙二胺可使灵敏度提高约30%。这是一个很值得注意的现象。我们对此显色反应作了进一步的试验,除了得到与上述文献一致的显色条件外,还发现有很多其他含有-NH_2基的试剂都能起增敏作用。
Xie Neng-Yong et al. Studied the color reaction of T (4-TMAP) P with cobalt, and pointed out that this method is the most sensitive one of the methods for the spectrophotometric determination of cobalt with an apparent molar absorptivity of 2.78 × 10 ~ 5. It is mentioned in the document that the addition of ethylenediamine after the formation of cobalt complexes leads to a sensitivity increase of about 30%. This is a very noteworthy phenomenon. We have further tested this color reaction, in addition to the color conditions consistent with the above literature, but also found that there are many other reagents containing -NH_2 can play a sensitizing effect.
