企业战略转型是对复杂的、动态的、不可预知的外部环境变化的一种企业应激反应,这会促使企业重新审视内部结构与战略部署等一系列资源和环境的再次匹配,而这对企业的持续发展起着重要的作用。因此,本文从价值链视角分析企业战略转型的机制,结合价值链理论去探讨企业战略转型所需注意的要素,并将其相互之间串联起来,构成理论模型。
Enterprise strategic transformation is a complex, dynamic, unpredictable changes in the external environment, an enterprise stress response, which will prompt the company to re-examine the internal structure and strategic deployment of a series of resources and the environment again match, and this enterprise The sustainable development plays an important role. Therefore, this article analyzes the mechanism of strategic transformation of enterprises from the perspective of value chain, and discusses the key elements needed for strategic transformation of enterprises in combination with value chain theory, and concludes them with each other to form a theoretical model.
