目的探讨雪莲对力竭性游泳小鼠肝、肾的保护作用。方法将雄性BALB/C小鼠随机分成4组:安静对照组、安静雪莲组、运动对照组和运动雪莲组。分别用蒸馏水和50%雪莲煎剂连续灌胃10 d,每日清晨1次。两个运动组进行一次性力竭性游泳(约4 h),所有小鼠采集血清测丙氨酸转氨酶(ALT)、门冬氨酸转氨酶(AST)、血氨(Ammo)、尿酸(UA)、肌酐(Cr)和尿素氮(BUN)。结果运动对照组小鼠血清诸项生化指标明显升高,与安静对照组比较差异显著(P<0.01);运动雪莲组也有升高,与安静对照组比较差异显著(P<0.01),但与运动对照组比较下降明显,也存在显著差异(P<0.01)。结论雪莲对力竭性游泳过程中造成的小鼠肝、肾损伤有一定的保护作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effects of Saussurea on liver and kidney in exhausted swimming mice. Methods Male BALB/C mice were randomly divided into 4 groups: quiet control group, quiet Xuelian group, exercise control group and exercise Xuelian group. Distilled water and 50% Saussurei Decoction were used for continuous intragastric administration for 10 days, once a day in the morning. One-time exhaustive swimming (about 4 h) was performed in both exercise groups. All mice were collected and tested for alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), blood ammonia (Ammo), and uric acid (UA). Creatinine (Cr) and urea nitrogen (BUN). Results The serum biochemical indexes of the mice in the exercise control group were significantly higher than those in the quiet control group (P<0.01). The exercise snow lotus group also had an increase compared with the quiet control group (P<0.01). The exercise control group showed a significant decrease, and there was also a significant difference (P<0.01). Conclusion Saussurea has a certain protective effect on liver and kidney damage caused by exhausted swimming.
