随着科技的发展,以转基因技术为主的现代生物技术已经在不到半个世纪的时间里得到了迅猛发展。转基因技术能够用于解决粮食问题、资源匮乏等问题,在人类未来发展中具有十分重要的意义。但在转基因技术给人们带来希望的同时,也开始有越来越多的人考虑到转基因食品可能对生态环境以及人类健康所带来的风险。本文将通过转基因食品安全与环境分析、当前我国转基因食品相关政策,以及目前消费者对转基因食品的看法等诸多方面,对转基因食品在未来的发展前景进行分析。
With the development of science and technology, modern biotechnology based on genetically modified technology has been rapidly developed in less than half a century. Transgenic technology can be used to solve food problems, lack of resources and other issues, in the future development of mankind has a very important significance. However, while the GM technology has brought hope to people, more and more people are beginning to take into account the potential risks to the ecological environment and human health caused by GM food. This article will analyze the future development of genetically modified foods through the analysis of the safety and environment of genetically modified foods, the current policies on genetically modified foods in China, and the current consumer perception of genetically modified foods.
