目的:为了掌握化隆县饮水型氟中毒防治现状,落实中央补助地方公共卫生专项资金地方病防治项目,本中心2010年对我县饮水型氟中毒防治现状进行了调查。方法:水氟检测采用氟离子电极法。氟斑牙检查采用Dean氏法进行诊断。结果:东风村的水氟含量是(2.16±0.09),格尔麻村的水氟含量是(2.67±0.39)mg/L,德二村的水氟含量是(2.29±1.23)mg/L。对15个村的689名(8~12)岁儿童进行氟斑牙检查,检出氟斑牙425例,检出率为61.68%。结论:本次调查结果显示,化隆县病区人群生活饮用水水氟含量超标现象严重,超标率为71.85%。
Objective: In order to grasp the status quo of prevention and treatment of drinking water fluorosis in Hualong County and implement endemic disease prevention and control project of local public health funds of Central Subsidy, the Center conducted a survey on prevention and treatment of drinking water fluorosis in our county in 2010. Methods: Water fluoride test using fluoride ion electrode method. Dental fluoroscopy was diagnosed by Dean’s method. Results: The water fluoride content of Dongfeng Village was (2.16 ± 0.09), that of Geerma Village was (2.67 ± 0.39) mg / L, and that of De Ercun was (2.29 ± 1.23) mg / L. A total of 689 children (8-12 years old) in 15 villages were examined with dental fluorosis, and 425 dental fluorosis were detected, the detection rate was 61.68%. Conclusion: The results of this survey show that the fluoride content of drinking water in the residents of Hualong County is exceeding the standard, with the exceeding standard rate of 71.85%.
