人被椎猎蝽叮咬后引起皮肤发病,既往认为比较少见。国内外只有零星报道。但是在海南岛,经临床仔细观察,发现在炎热季节,有相当数量的人发病。现将近一年多来有完整记录的54例患者总结报告如下。临床资料1、一般资料:54例中男31例,女23例,年龄3～52岁。平均21岁。其中80％年龄在30岁以下。本组患者除3例以急诊住观察室治疗外,均为门诊患者。
