根据国家经委基建办“关于开展制订工程建设标准规范体系试点工作的通知”和1982年6月在贵阳召开的“制订标准规范体系试点工作座谈会”要求,有关给排水专业(室外)的标准规范体系制订工作已基本完成,现将拟定的体系表予以刊登,以广泛地听取意见。标准规范体系的组成单元是技术标准规范。按所适用的对象可划分为个性与共性两大类。结合给排水专业特点,共性的表达设计、施工按装、验收等共用特征的标准规范,如名词、术语、管理、卫生、环保、方法等为基础标准规范。个性的为分别表达设
