维纶厂所采用的芒硝常来自于粘胶纤维厂的付产品—湿态硫酸钠,内含游离硫酸、硫酸锌、二硫化碳和水份。具有腐蚀性、渗透性强的特点,能引起各种建筑材料和一些金属材料的破坏。我院在设计中将工艺路线作了改革,先将湿态芒硝直接在溶解槽内溶解,然后通过管道输送至大型芒硝贮罐。芒硝贮罐在上海石油化工总厂维纶厂作了首次应用。芒硝贮罐为内径16米、净空高6米的园柱形构筑
