“开场白:2009年是中华人民共和国成立60周年,也是我国经济发展的关键之年。随着我国改革开放进程的不断深入,国民经济有了突飞猛进的发展,但随之而来的传统能源与环境污染之间的矛盾却日益突出,对新能源与可再生能源的开发和利用已经成为我国乃至全世界面临的重要课题。为深入贯彻十七大报告的有关精神,倡导节能减排与能源结构调整,促进资源节约型与环境友好型社会的建设进程,8月13日,新华网和中国再生能源学会共同主办的”2009新能源与可再生能源发展战略对话“在北京举行。在应对金融危机过程中,各国纷纷都将新能源产业发展提升至前所未有的高度,不少专家呼吁,我国应抓住机遇,加大政策支持和投入,加快促进新能源和可再生能源产业的发展。下面请与会的嘉宾谈谈他们的看法。”
