现行的企业标准是按《标准化法》规定由企业自行审批和发布的,并按隶属关系交当地标准化行政主管部门备案登记后生效。与《标准化法》实施前相比,这样做加快了标准化出台的速度,适应了市场竞争的需要。然而,企业在市场经济大潮中,要生存和发展,首先还得要有高质量的企业标准,以吸引用户与其签订供货合同。那么,怎样才能编写出质量好的企业标准呢?
The current corporate standards are approved and issued by the enterprises themselves in accordance with the provisions of the “Standardization Law,” and they shall be submitted to the local standardization administrative department for registration and registration after entry into force. Compared with before the implementation of the “Standardization Law,” this speeds up the speed of standardization and adapts to the needs of market competition. However, in order to survive and develop in the tide of market economy, companies must first have high-quality corporate standards to attract users to sign supply contracts with them. So, how can we write good quality corporate standards?
