菇木处于昼夜温差较大、半干半湿、遮荫度达到60％—70％以上的环境中方能出菇。进入9月之后,昼夜温差就开始拉大,此时管理好的香菇木能出些菇。进入冬季,昼夜温差明显加大,是段木出菇的“黄金季节”。但冬季降雨少,天气干燥,要达到段木出菇的条件,自然要通过人工为之。笔者从生产实践中总结出一些经验,可供参考:
