长期以来,农民工问题一直是社会关注的热点,法律援助在维护农民工和法权益方面发挥重大作用。随着农民工法律援助案件日益增多,加大对农民工合法权益的法律援助的审查,对提高法律援助案件的质量,切实维护农民工合法权益的保护成为至关重要的环节。本文作者针对基层法律援助机构在审查农民工法律援助案件应注意的几个问题进行简要分析。
For a long time, the issue of migrant workers has always been a hot topic in society. Legal aid plays a significant role in safeguarding the rights and interests of migrant workers and law. With the increasing number of legal aid cases for migrant workers, increasing the review of legal aid for the legal rights and interests of migrant workers has become a crucial link in improving the quality of legal aid cases and earnestly protecting the legitimate rights and interests of migrant workers. The author gives a brief analysis of several issues that grassroots legal aid agencies should pay attention to when examining cases of legal aid for migrant workers.
