4月29日,世贸组织总干事拉米在提交给总理事会关于其下一任期的愿景报告中指出,今后世贸组织会加强并改善四方面的工作,并表示在当前全球面临经济危机的形势下,各国加强多边贸易体制,特别是完成多哈回合谈判的协议框架,将成为促进经济复苏以及解决经济问题的“明灯”。
On April 29, WTO Director-General Lamy, in his vision report to the General Council on his next term, pointed out in the future that the WTO will step up and improve the work on all four aspects and stated that under the current global economic crisis situation .
