人无信不立,国无信不强。社会信用体系是社会主义市场经济体制和社会治理体系的重要组成部分。税收是国之血脉。纳税信用最能反映一个国家的社会信用状况,体现一个国家的社会文明程度。筑牢纳税信用基石,不仅是构建和谐征纳关系、促进税收事业健康稳定发展的应有之义,而且是我国建设社会信用体系的重要内容,对全社会形成“褒扬诚信,惩戒失信”的浓厚氛围发挥着重要引领作用。
