当前,“大众创业、万众创新”已成为促进经济社会发展的重要引擎。近年来,广元市以创建省级创业型城市为抓手,着力创新政策措施,切实加强载体建设,不断优化创业服务,竭力推进“大众创业、万众创新”纵深发展。2015年,全市新增创业主体16842个,同比增长17.3%;创业带动就业3.76万人,创业促就业倍增效应凸显。载体建设打造创业“根据地”“进驻孵化园的创业实体一律实行场地租赁补贴,第1年实行场地租金全免,第2年按场地租金的20%收取,第3年按50%收取。”在广元创业孵化园的创业服务中心,创业服务中心
