企业搞多种经营和开辟第三产业,可使企业增加收入,给安排多余人员和待业青年提供机会,这是有利的一面。但随之也带来一些弊端,这些弊端我认为至少有以下几个方面:其一,企业开辟多种经营,必然会与主营争原料,争固定资产,争资金,争市场,冲击主营的正常生产,扰乱社会对产品的正常需求,造成供求关系的失衡,不利于社会主义商品经济新秩序的建立。其二,实行多种经营必然带来多种分配方式,企业内部的利益关系要打破,轻主重副,弃主从副,弃远求近的倾向就会以种种方式表现出来。实践说明,一些企业违纪违法、搞不正之风的行为,多与此有直接关系。发展下去,企业所有制关系可能受到很大冲击。
It is a positive aspect for enterprises to engage in diversified operations and open up the tertiary industry so that enterprises can increase their revenue and provide opportunities for arranging extra staff and unemployed youth. However, some shortcomings are brought along with these drawbacks. I think there are at least the following aspects: First, if enterprises open up diversified operations, they will inevitably compete with the main industries for materials, fight for fixed assets, fight for capital, fight for markets, and impact the main business The normal production, disrupt the social normal demand for products, resulting in an imbalance between supply and demand is not conducive to the establishment of a new socialist economic order. Second, the implementation of diversified operations inevitably brings about a variety of distribution methods. The internal relations of interests of enterprises must be broken. The propensity of lesser-dominant, vice-versa and abandoning the principle of seeking solutions from the vice will be manifested in various ways. Practice shows that some companies violate the law and discipline, engage in unhealthy practices, and more are directly related to this. As the development progresses, the ownership of enterprises may be greatly affected.
