2006年2月,由欧盟资助的“音乐与教育——面向青少年的合作”暨“亚洲——欧盟西洋乐器音乐教学”项目圆满结束。这个项目从2004年1月开始启动,共经历了两年时间。由欧盟发起的“亚洲——欧盟项目”(AsiaUrbsProgramme),从1998年开始运作,到2004年在南亚,东南亚和中国,对许多项目经过了层层筛选,最终确定了两个文化项目具体实施。一是对中国古长城的保护和维修,另一个就是在中国徐州举办的“音乐与教育——面向青少年的合作”项目(Music&Education-aco-oporationfortheyouth)。这意味着欧盟将无偿出资40万欧元(约合人民币400万元),投放到我们徐州青少年的音乐学习中去!如此千载难逢的机遇落户到了徐州,这是我们的骄傲和幸运,作为这个项目的业务负责人,我参与了这个项目实施的全过程,也深感自豪和责任重大。2004年1月,奥地利的雷欧本、德国的曼海姆两个城市的政府代表和一个音乐小组来到中国的徐州市进行具体合作的洽谈,并签订了资助协议。整个音乐教学活动定在徐州市文化艺术学校进行。欧盟的援助资金使徐州市文化艺术学校的音乐厅和一个多功能的音乐教室、六个大琴房装修一新,并购置了数台钢琴、小提琴、中提琴、大提琴以及谱架、迷你音响和一大批音乐图书、音响资料,从而为我们学校两年内的音乐教学活动提供了必要的场地和物质上的保证。
In February 2006, the “Music and Education - Cooperation for Youths” and “Asia-EU Music Teaching for Western Music Instruments” funded by the EU were successfully concluded. The project started in January 2004 and has lasted for two years. The EU-initiated “Asia-EU Program” started operation in 1998 and has been screening many projects in South Asia, Southeast Asia and China in 2004, culminating in the concrete implementation of two cultural projects. This means that the EU will contribute 400,000 euros (about 4 million yuan) at no cost to the music learning of our young people in Xuzhou. It is our pride and luck that such an once-in-a-lifetime opportunity came to Xuzhou. Business leader, I participated in the whole process of project implementation, I am also very proud and responsible. In January 2004, government representatives from Leoben in Austria and Mannheim in Germany and a music group came to Xuzhou, China for specific cooperation talks and signed a funding agreement. The entire music teaching activities will be held in Xuzhou City Arts and Culture School. The European Union’s assistance funds renovated the concert hall of Xuzhou Arts and Culture School and a multi-functional music classroom with six large Qinqin rooms and purchased several sets of pianos, violins, violas, cellos and music racks, mini-audio and a A large number of music books, audio data, which for our school music teaching activities within two years provided the necessary venue and material guarantee.
