随着我国露天开采铝土矿的逐步减少,铝土矿地下开采已经成为必然趋势。某公司所属矿山是目前地下开采最大的铝土矿,矿床大部分为缓倾斜沉积型矿床,围岩条件尤其是顶板稳定性比较差,针对原开采方法损失贫化指标大而且生产安全性差等问题,采用可以回收利用的液压支柱替代部分矿柱,并且通过对顶板围岩的稳定性进行监测,优化采场设计,从而提高矿石回采率,减少矿石贫化率,实现了安全高效回采,回采率提高了13.54个百分点,取得良好的社会效益和经济效益。
