The exchange of heat between the ocean and the atmosphere is an important part of the interaction of the sea-air. The amount of heat that the ocean gives to the atmosphere plays an important role not only in the thermal conditions of the ocean surface but also in the formation and evolution of weather and climate. The available data show that the abnormal situation of the ocean heat in the western North Pacific has an important impact on precipitation in China’s mainland. This paper intends to use large-scale long-term western North Pacific heat exchanger value of sea air to seek it and
