中国系统工程学会于1987年10月21日至24日在安徽省歙县召开第五届学术年会和二届二次理事扩大会。在开幕式上,安徽省副省长杨纪珂教授致贺词,并作了“谈宏观经济的系统工程问题”的学术报告,他论述了用系统工程的理论与方法,在条条“与”块块“的区域中发展经济问题,陈珽副理事长致开幕词,他回顾了1985年西安会议以来学会的工作。安徽省科委季烽副主任、安徽省科协李光恒副主席、徽州地区吴存心副专员和程富金副县长分别向大会致贺词,徽州地委胡云龙书记、歙县县委方书钦书记参加了开幕式。
China Institute of Systems Engineering in October 21, 1987 to 24 in Shexian County, Anhui Province held its fifth academic annual meeting and the second meeting of two directors enlarged. At the opening ceremony, Professor Yang Jike, Vice Governor of Anhui Province, delivered a message of congratulation and made an academic report entitled ”Systematic Engineering Problems of Macroeconomics“. He discussed the theories and methods of systems engineering, Economic Development in the Region of ”Block", Vice President Chen Kai made an opening remarks, he reviewed the work learned since the meeting in Xi’an in 1985. Deputy Director of Anhui Science and Technology Commission Ji Feng, Vice Chairman Li Guangheng of Anhui Provincial Association for Science and Technology , Deputy Commissioner Wu Cunxin and Vice Governor Cheng Fujin of Huizhou Prefecture respectively delivered greetings to the General Assembly. Secretary Hu Yunlong of Huizhou Prefecture and Party Secretary Fang Shuxian of Shexian County attended the opening ceremony.
