1 工程概况绿地世纪城位于普陀区顺义路,在曹杨路以西、苏州河以北,分2号、3号、4号3个地块,用地面积共计21.76万m~2,总建筑面积约60万m~2,属旧区改造项目。绿地世纪城2号地块住宅是绿地世纪城的二期工程(见图1)。
1 Project Overview Greenland Century City is located in Shunyi Road, Putuo District, west of Caoyang Road, north of Suzhou Creek, and divided into 3 plots of No.2, No.3 and No.4, with a total land area of 217,600 m 2 and a total gross floor area of about 60 Million m ~ 2, is an old district reconstruction project. Greenery Century City 2 plots residential Green Century City is the second phase of the project (see Figure 1).
