构建社会主义和谐社会是社会主义制度下生产力和生产关系、经济基础和上层建筑矛盾运动的客观要求,是解决人民内部矛盾的根本途径,它将主要通过一系列的社会制度性安排,实现以劳动为主导的社会和谐,其实质是科学的人的全面发展问题。根据构建社会主义和谐社会的要求,不断创新教育理念、教育机制和教育的方式方法等,是当前思想政治教育工作的一项重要任务。
