目的探讨河南省某地区人群肥胖易感性与神经肽Y及其受体基因多态性的关系。方法随机整群抽取510例河南省某地区18岁以上常住居民,进行不同程度BMI与基因易感性分析。结果 rs2880412、rs2880416 2个位点基因分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);基因突变率与基因型分布呈整体升高趋势(P<0.05);3个位点基因型的不同与肥胖发生之间存在关联(P<0.05),CA、GA、GC 3种单体型在肥胖组和非肥胖组中的分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);以CA作为对照单体型,GA、GC单体型与肥胖的易感性有关联(P<0.05)。结论rs2880412、rs2880416位点的基因多态性与肥胖易感性有统计学关联,并且2个位点对应的等位基因C、C是肥胖发生的危险因素,单体型分析表明3个位点存在交互作用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between obesity susceptibility and neuropeptide Y and its receptor gene polymorphism in a population of Henan Province. Methods A total of 510 permanent residents over 18 years old in a certain area of Henan Province were randomly selected for cluster BMI and gene susceptibility analysis. Results The gene distribution of rs2880412 and rs2880416 showed statistically significant difference (P <0.05). The gene mutation rate and genotype distribution showed an overall increasing trend (P <0.05). The genotype differences and obesity occurred at the three loci (P <0.05). The distributions of CA, GA and GC haplotypes in obese and non-obese group were statistically significant (P <0.05). CA was used as control haplotype, GA , GC haplotype was associated with susceptibility to obesity (P <0.05). Conclusion The genetic polymorphisms of rs2880412 and rs2880416 are associated with the susceptibility to obesity. The alleles C and C corresponding to the two loci are the risk factors of obesity. The haplotype analysis shows that there are three loci Interaction.
