目的研究肥胖型和瘦型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)与酶类抗氧化剂和内分泌代谢指标的相关性。方法采用随机法选取该院2014-2016年确诊为肥胖型PCOS患者50例作为肥胖型组、瘦型PCOS患者50例作为瘦型组,并分别检测和分析两组的酶类抗氧化剂(包括SOD、CAT、GPX、INS)以及各种内分泌代谢指标和其相关性。结果瘦型组的PRL、E1、FSH、INS、SOD以及血脂4项均低于肥胖型组(P<0.05);瘦型组和肥胖型组的T、FSH均与SOD呈正相关关系,瘦型组的SOD与INS呈正相关关系,CAT与TC呈正相关关系;肥胖型组的CAT与SHBG、E1、E2、PRL、INS以及血脂4项呈正相关关系,SOD与SHBG、E1、E2、PRL、TC、TG、HOMA呈正相关关系。结论 PCOS患者本身会存在酶类抗氧化应激反应,且这种反应与PCOS患者拥有的无排卵现象以及高雄激素血症有着密切的联系,而且肥胖型PCOS的这种反应同时还会出现在内分泌代谢方面,但是瘦型PCOS的这种反应仅仅与胰岛素抵抗有密切的联系。
Objective To study the relationship between obese and lean polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and enzyme antioxidants and endocrine and metabolic indices. Methods Fifty patients diagnosed as obese patients with PCOS in our hospital from 2014 to 2016 were selected as obese and 50 patients with lean PCOS as the lean group. The enzyme antioxidants (including SOD , CAT, GPX, INS) and a variety of endocrine and metabolic indicators and their relevance. Results The levels of PRL, E1, FSH, INS, SOD and lipid in the lean group were lower than those in the obese group (P <0.05). The levels of T and FSH in the lean group and the obese group were positively correlated with the SOD, There was a positive correlation between SOD and INS, CAT and TC. There was a positive correlation between CAT and SHBG, E1, E2, PRL, INS and serum lipids in obese group. SOD and SHBG, E1, E2, PRL, TC , TG, HOMA was positively correlated. Conclusion There are enzymatic antioxidative stress reactions in patients with PCOS, and this reaction is closely related to anovulation and hyperandrogenism possessed by PCOS patients, and this response of obese PCOS also appears in endocrine Metabolic aspects, but this response of lean PCOS is only closely linked to insulin resistance.
