Mycoplasma pneumoniae (MP) infection is an important pathogen of respiratory tract infection in children. Nearly 10 years of research shows that MP infection is also an important cause of multiple organ diseases outside the respiratory tract, seriously affecting the health of children. From January 1996 to January 2001, 30 cases of MP infection and 128 cases (42.7%) of organ injury complicated with respiratory tract were admitted to our hospital.
