本文用X射线衍射,扫描电镜等方法研究了Fe—Cr—B三元合金堆焊层的组织,并用胶轮磨损试验机测定了Fe—Cr—B三元合金堆焊层的耐磨性,测出了Fe—Cr—B三元合金堆焊层的等耐磨性曲线。在此基础上研究了碳、镍、硅、钨对堆焊层组织和性能的影响。并选出了堆焊层的最佳合金成分。 用最佳合金成分堆焊的压砖机模板的使用寿命提高4.7倍,高速粉碎机打板的寿命提高17倍,双轴搅拌机叶片的寿命提高11倍。
In this paper, the microstructure of Fe-Cr-B ternary alloy overlay was studied by X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy. The wear resistance of Fe-Cr-B ternary alloy overlay was measured by a rubber wheel abrasion tester. Measured the wear resistance of Fe-Cr-B ternary alloy surfacing layer. On this basis, the effects of carbon, nickel, silicon and tungsten on the microstructure and properties of overlay were studied. And selected the best alloying composition surfacing layer. The lifespan of the brick press with the best alloy composition is increased by 4.7 times, the lifespan of the high speed shredder is increased by 17 times, and the life of the biaxial mixer blades is increased by 11 times.
