人力资源管理在高职院校管理中占有重要地位,是高职院校提升教学实力的有效抓手。教育改革的推进使得健全与完善人力资源管理成为高职院校发展的首要问题。本文简要说明了人力资源管理的含义与作用,分析了高职院校人力资源管理存在的一些问题,并提出相应的策略,促进高职院校以管理求发展目标的快速实现。
Human resource management occupies an important position in the management of higher vocational colleges and is an effective starting point for higher vocational colleges to enhance their teaching ability. The promotion of education reform makes the improvement and perfection of human resources management become the most important issue in the development of higher vocational colleges. This article briefly explains the meaning and function of human resource management, analyzes some existing problems of human resource management in higher vocational colleges, and puts forward corresponding strategies to promote the rapid realization of higher vocational and technical colleges management and development goals.
