介绍160t/h微正压燃油锅炉炉内及旋流燃烧器出口空气动力场测试方法和测试结果,讨论加模拟火炬气前后空气动力场的变化。测试结果与分析认为,旋流燃烧器出口前具有显著的回流区和涡流区,对燃烧火焰的稳定和锅炉稳定运行有重要作用;但加模拟火炬气后,旋流燃烧器出口前的空气动力场发生了比较明显的改变,对燃烧火焰稳定有较明显的影响。
The test methods and test results of the aerodynamic field at the outlet of the 160t / h micro-plus-pressure oil-fired boiler and the swirl burner are introduced. The changes of the aerodynamic field before and after the simulation of flare gas are discussed. The test results and analysis show that swirling burner has significant recirculation zone and vortex zone before exit, which plays an important role in the stability of combustion flame and boiler stable operation. However, after simulating flare gas, the aerodynamic The obvious changes occurred in the field, which had obvious effects on the stability of combustion flame.
