党的基层组织是党的基础,是党的一切工作的落脚点。党的路线、方针、政策和一切任务,最终都要通过党的基层组织和广大党员带领群众去落实。党和群众的血肉联系,离不开基层组织这个桥梁和纽带,广大党员的教育和管理,同样需要基层组织的工作。因而从事基层党组织工作的同志,首要的任务,就是从本单位实际出发,不断研究探索党建工作新特点,把基层组织建成为贯彻党的路线方针政策,团结、带领群众完成本单位任务的坚强战斗堡垒。
The grass-roots party organization is the foundation of the party and the end result of all the party’s work. The party’s line, principles, policies and all its tasks must eventually be implemented through the grass-roots party organizations and the majority of party members. The flesh-and-blood ties between the party and the masses can not be separated from the bridge and link of the grassroots organizations. Education and management of the vast majority of party members also need the work of grassroots organizations.
