研究了动态应变时效(DSA)对1Cr18Ni9Ti钢室温~550℃力学性能的影响,并与传统的冷变形(CW)及静态应变时效(SSA)强化相比较,并辅以金相、电镜组织的观察,结果表明:等预应变量DSA强化效果高于CW,与SSA相近。当18%预应变,σ_(0.2)提高2.5倍,δ仍不低于20%。这种新强韧化方法产生高密度、均匀的三维位错网络,属亚结构强化,避免了传统方法因产生α′-M体而丧失该钢特殊性能的弊病,因而在工业中具有广阔的应用前景。
The effect of dynamic strain aging (DSA) on the mechanical properties of 1Cr18Ni9Ti steel at room temperature ~ 550 ℃ was studied. Compared with traditional cold deformation (CW) and static strain aging (SSA) The results show that the DSA enhancement effect of other prestrain variables is higher than that of CW and similar to that of SSA. When 18% pre-strain, σ_ (0.2) increased by 2.5 times, δ still not less than 20%. This new toughening method results in a high-density, uniform three-dimensional dislocation network that is sub-structured and avoids the drawbacks of the traditional method of losing the special properties of the steel due to the formation of α’-M bodies and thus has a broad Application prospects.
