树脂砂热芯盒射芯是制造砂芯的一项先进工艺,但目前树脂粘结剂供应有困难,我厂试验以水玻璃加入少量合脂代替热固性树脂,加热凝固也改为吹二氧化碳硬化。用在8512型射芯机上,成功地制造出万能铣床工作台、回转盘等铸件的砂芯,并稳定地投入生产。采用二氧化碳硬化水玻璃砂射芯,制造中等复杂程度的砂芯比手工制造粘土泥芯提高效率3倍左右,提高了机械化程度,节约了芯铁,提高了砂芯强度和尺寸稳定性,省去了烘干工序,清砂也较粘土砂容易。
