在不锈钢上攻制螺纹时,丝锥的用使寿命是较低的。在加工1Cr18Ni9Ti的M12螺母时,一副丝锥只能攻30件左右。我们认为螺锥的失效主要是头攻的尖端锥部的切削刃磨损,只要能减小其锥度就可以恢复尖端切削刃部的锋利标准产品头攻丝锥的前端锥度=(D-d)/L约为1:5,其切削的厚度约为0.27mm。我们用废的M12丝锥的头锥将其小端在砂轮上由原来的d=10mm磨到9.36mm,锥部的长度L由11mm磨为21mm(如图),使其度降为
