我厂用18CrMnTi钢制造汽车后桥的螺旋伞齿轮、变速齿轮,目前采用二种渗碳方法:一、低氰盐浴渗碳;二、气体渗碳。本文着重叙述低氰盐浴渗碳汽车齿轮的金相检查。低氰盐浴的配方及渗碳工艺一、配方: 1.原始配方:BaCl_2 80%,NaCN 4~6%,NaCl14~16%; 2.控制使用配方:BaCl_2 68~74%,NaCN 0.9~1.1%,BaCO_3<10%。
