某型飞机在铆接弹箱滑轨支撑件时 ,先后发现两零件在零件弯边处存在裂纹。通过进行断口、化学、机械性能、金相组织方面的分析 ,得出裂纹产生的原因是材料本身固有的冷变形性能差、零件表面粗糙、铆接工艺设计及铆接操作等因素 ,研究表明 ,为获得较高的铆接质量 ,应对现有铆接工艺及操作进行适当改进 ,从而产生避免裂纹
When a certain type of aircraft riveted the support of the slide rail of the bomb, it was found that there were cracks in the two parts at the corner of the part. Through the analysis of fracture, chemical, mechanical properties and microstructure, it is concluded that the reason of the crack is the inherent cold deformation of the material itself, the rough surface of the part, the riveting process design and riveting operation. The results show that in order to obtain Higher riveting quality, the existing riveting process and operation should be properly improved, resulting in avoiding cracks
