W1001型正铲挖掘机的柴油机动力,是通过片式主摩擦离合器传递给挖掘机各工作装置。在机器使用中发现该主摩擦离合器存在不少问题,导致整机性能削弱,影响了作业效率。主要问题有: 1.摩擦片分离不彻底或不能分离,造成柴油机携带载荷启动,增加启动次数,延长启动时间,缩短了起动电机和电瓶寿命。据统计每台挖掘机每年消耗起动电机一台,电瓶二只。2.结合不紧,不均匀,使离合器不能传递机器作业时所需要的原动机额定力矩,并造成离合器片打滑,烧损摩擦片,增加了维修工作
The diesel engine power of the W1001 type shovel excavator is transmitted to each working device of the excavator through a plate type master friction clutch. In the use of the machine, it is found that there are many problems in the main friction clutch, which results in the deterioration of the overall performance and affects the working efficiency. The main problems are: 1. Friction discs are not completely separated or cannot be separated, causing the diesel engine to carry the load to start, increasing the number of starts, extending the start-up time, and shortening the life of the starter motor and the battery. According to statistics, each excavator consumes one starter motor and two batteries each year. 2. The combination is not tight, uneven, so that the clutch can not transmit the required torque of the prime mover when the machine works, and cause the clutch plate to slip, burn the friction plate, and increase the maintenance work.
