学生思想政治教育工作,关系到高职院校的和谐稳定和学生的健康成长。本文分析了当前高职院校学生思想状况,指出了高职和谐校园建设中创新学生思想政治工作的必要性,从创新学生思想教育管理方法、建立健康向上的网络文化管理系统、建构立体的心理帮教系统、优化校园文化环境等四个方面阐述了高职和谐校园建设中创新学生思想政治工作的有效途径。
Students’ ideological and political education is related to the harmonious and stable development of higher vocational colleges and the healthy growth of students. This paper analyzes the current situation of students in higher vocational colleges and points out the necessity of ideological and political work to innovate students in the construction of a harmonious college in higher vocational colleges. From the innovative management methods of ideological education to the establishment of a healthy and progressive network culture management system and the construction of three-dimensional psychology Help-to-teach system and optimize the campus culture environment, this paper expounds the effective ways to innovate the students’ ideological and political work in the construction of a harmonious campus in higher vocational education.
