职业教育德育工作的有效性不强已是一个不争事实。其原因无疑是多方面的,既有社会方面的原因,也有学校方面的原因;既有教学内容、教学形式和教学方法方面的原因,也有学生方面的原因。笔者认为,教师作为德育工作的直接参与者,对德育工作有效性的影响,具有至关重要的作用。
It is an indisputable fact that the effectiveness of moral education in vocational education is not strong. The reasons are undoubtedly many, both for social reasons, but also for school reasons; both the reasons for teaching content, teaching methods and teaching methods, but also for student reasons. The author believes that the teacher as a direct participant in moral education work, the effectiveness of moral education, has a crucial role.
