Wire annealing process, the commonly used atmosphere to protect. Although these protective atmospheres have their own characteristics, for some systems they share common features such as toxic, flammable and decarbonization and carbon black depositional tendencies. This article describes these features and provides some suggestions for annealing some special products in a special atmosphere for best results. At the same time, the formation process of carbon black is described and some suggestions on how to eliminate carbon black are put forward: how to use an alternative atmosphere system or use some improvement measures to eliminate the formation of carbon black or how to remove the formed carbon black
