教育的本质是促进人的全面发展,它的核心是人。作为一名特殊教育工作者,近年来已感到聋哑学生较难管理,聋生组织纪律观念淡薄,道德认识与行为脱节,生活上贪图享受,行为自私自利。有的聋生一走向社会,甚至在学时就被引诱或胁迫而走上犯罪的道路。这些情况反映出我们的德育亟需加强和改进。聋哑孩子受到来自社会、家庭、自身的种种压力,以及自身残缺带来的种种不便,横在路上的困难往往使他们裹足不前。他们自己每突破一点,每前进一步都是相当艰难。这就需要教师多指
The essence of education is to promote the all-round development of human beings. Its core is human beings. The difficulties they often encounter on the road keep them from walking on their feet. Every breakthrough they make, each going a long way is quite tough. This requires more teachers
