目的识别和分析无头带钢生产线(ESP)的职业病危害因素,评价职业病危害防护措施及其控制效果,提出改进措施,保护劳动者健康。方法根据该项目职业病危害的特点,通过职业卫生现场调查、职业危害因素检测等方法收集数据资料,并结合采取的工程技术措施,对作业人员职业病危害因素接触水平进行评价。结果 ESP存在的主要职业病危害因素包括粉尘、一氧化碳、噪声、高温,本次检测粉尘长时间接触浓度0.42~0.67 mg/m~3、短时间接触浓度0.37~1.77 mg/m~3;一氧化碳长时间接触浓度1.110~1.285 mg/m~3、短时间接触浓度0.94~1.40 mg/m~3;噪声强度72.5~84.3 dB、高温26.9~31.4℃,以上危害因素检测结果全部符合职业卫生接触限值,防护设施性能参数符合要求。结论通过对职业危害因素的检测和分析,该ESP防护设施运行有效,应重点加强关键控制点的职业卫生管理,确保岗位工人的职业健康。 Objective To identify and analyze occupational hazards of headless steel strip production line (ESP), evaluate protective measures against occupational hazards and their control effects, and propose improvement measures to protect workers’ health. Methods Based on the characteristics of the occupational hazards of the project, the data collected through on-the-spot investigation of occupational health and detection of occupational hazards, etc. were combined with the engineering and technical measures adopted to evaluate the exposure level of occupational hazards among workers. Results The main occupational hazards of ESP include dust, carbon monoxide, noise and high temperature. The long-term exposure concentration of this test dust is 0.42-0.67 mg / m 3 and the short-term exposure concentration is 0.37-1.77 mg / m 3. The exposure concentration was 1.110-1.285 mg / m 3 and the short-term exposure concentration was 0.94-1.40 mg / m 3. The noise intensity was 72.5-84.3 dB and the high temperature was 26.9-31.4 ℃. All of the above test results were in compliance with the occupational health exposure limit, Protective equipment performance parameters to meet the requirements. Conclusion Through the detection and analysis of occupational hazards, the ESP protective facility has been operating effectively. Occupational health management at key control points should be emphatically strengthened to ensure the occupational health of post workers.
