目的:探讨MSCT血管仿真内窥镜技术(CTVE)在诊断成人先天性主动脉瓣二瓣化畸形中的应用价值。方法:本院自2010年3月至2015年8月应用128层螺旋CT进行冠状动脉CT血管造影(CTCA)检查,发现主动脉瓣区钙化患者中8例主动脉瓣叶在CTVE下直观地呈现为二瓣化,并同时测量主动脉瓣瓣膜厚度及升主动脉宽度。结果:8例主动脉瓣区钙化患者主动脉瓣在CTVE下表现为二瓣化畸形,同时通过CTCA检查,发现合并的其他心血管畸形,其中6例升主动脉增宽,1例左冠状动脉起源异常。并发现5例主动脉瓣增厚,3例主动脉瓣膜未见明显增厚。结论:CTCA检查中应用CTVE可以直观地及三维地显示主动脉瓣的结构,在诊断成人先天性主动脉瓣二瓣化畸形上可以与彩色多普勒超声心动图互相补充,并可以发现合并的其他心血管畸形及观察冠状动脉情况,从而排除其他疾患。
Objective: To investigate the value of MSCT vascular endoscopy (CTVE) in diagnosis of congenital aortic valve two-valve deformity in adults. Methods: From March 2010 to August 2015, CT-CT angiography (CTCA) was performed in 128 patients with aortic valve calcification in our hospital. Eight patients with aortic valve leaflets in the aortic valve area were visualized under CTVE For the two lobe, and at the same time measure the aortic valve thickness and ascending aortic width. Results: In 8 patients with calcification of the aortic valve area, the aortic valve showed two-lobed deformity under CTVE. At the same time, CTCA examination revealed other cardiovascular malformations, of which 6 cases had ascending aorta widened and 1 case had left coronary artery Abnormal origin. Aortic valve thickening was found in 5 cases and no significant thickening in 3 cases of aortic valve. CONCLUSIONS: CTVE can be used to visualize and three-dimensionally display the aortic valve structure in CTCA. It can complement the color Doppler echocardiography in the diagnosis of congenital aortic valve two-lobe deformity, and it can be found that the combined Other cardiovascular malformations and observation of coronary artery disease, which rule out other disorders.
