基于2010年在浙江省龙游县6个行政村抽取的173户农户调查数据,运用Logit模型对农户流入和流出林地行为影响因素进行了计量分析,结果表明,农户家庭林业收入占比、家庭林业劳动力人数、家庭林业经营时间占劳动时间比例、人均林地面积,对农户流入林地有显著的正影响;而林地破碎度对农户流入林地则有显著的负影响;户主是否为村干部、林地破碎度对农户流出林地有显著的正影响;家庭林业劳动力人数、家庭林业经营时间占比对农户流出林地有显著的负影响。
Based on the survey data of 173 households sampled from 6 administrative villages in Longyou County, Zhejiang Province in 2010, the influencing factors of farmers’ inflow and outflow from forest land were analyzed using Logit model. The results showed that the proportion of household income from forestry, household forestry The number of labor force, the proportion of family-run forestry time in working time, the per capita forest land area have a significant positive impact on the inflow of woodland into farmers’ land; however, the fragmentation of forest land has a significant negative impact on the inflow of forest land to farmers; It has a significant positive impact on peasant households outflow from forest land; the proportion of family forestry labor force and family forestry management time has a significant negative impact on peasant household outflow forest land.
