目的:探讨自拟护肝方治疗甲亢性肝损伤及对患者肝功能与甲状腺功能的影响。方法:选取医院内分泌科收治的130例甲亢性肝损伤患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,各65例。对照组:给予口服甲巯咪唑片及多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗。观察组:在口服甲巯咪唑片及多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗的基础上加用自拟护肝方治疗。分别检测肝功能、甲状腺激素及相关抗体、临床症状积分、甲状腺肿分级。结果:观察组总有效率89.23%高于对照组总有效率70.77%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,观察组患者血清ALT、AST、TBIL、ALP水平下降程度高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,两组患者血清FT3、FT4、TGAb、TPOAb水平均显著降低,TSH水平显著升高(P<0.01);且观察组改善优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,观察组患者烦躁、心悸、多汗、震颤和多食症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗后,观察组甲状腺肿分级正常率24.62%高于对照组甲状腺肿分级正常率10.77%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:自拟护肝方治疗甲亢性肝损伤可有效改善患者的肝功能和甲状腺功能。
Objective: To investigate the effect of self-made Hugan recipe in treating hyperthyroidism liver injury and liver function and thyroid function. Methods: One hundred and thirteen patients with hyperthyroidism liver injury admitted to the Department of Endocrinology were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into two groups (65 cases each). Control group: given oral methimazole tablets and polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules treatment. Observation group: Oral methimazole tablets and polyene phosphatidylcholine capsules on the basis of treatment with self Liver Fang treatment. Liver function, thyroid hormone and related antibodies, clinical symptom scores, goiter grade were detected. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 89.23% higher than that of the control group (70.77%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). After treatment, the levels of serum ALT, AST, TBIL and ALP in observation group decreased more than those in control group (P <0.01). After treatment, the levels of serum FT3, FT4, TGAb and TPOAb in both groups were significantly decreased and TSH levels were significantly increased (P <0.01). The improvement in observation group was better than that in control group (P <0.01). After treatment, irritability, heart palpitations, hyperhidrosis, tremor and symptoms of polyphagia in observation group were lower than those in control group (P <0.01). After treatment, the grading rate of goiter in observation group was 24.62%, which was significantly higher than that of control group (10.77%). The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: The treatment of hypertrophic liver injury by self-made Hugan recipe can effectively improve the liver function and thyroid function.
