Further accelerating the economic development and promoting the upgrading of China’s demand structure are the preconditions and realistic market bases for the flourishing cultural industry. Only by innovating at the institutional level can we ensure the rapid and healthy development of the cultural industry. We will step up the application of science and technology to the innovation of cultural industries, increase capital investment in cultural industries and strengthen the building of human resources so as to ensure the prosperity of our cultural industry under the new historical conditions.
